A community is a place where people come together to build a life for themselves and their neighbors. The Elmwood Community Foundation helps coordinate the efforts of the many wonderful committed people and organizations striving to make Elmwood a better place. Efforts to build for today and for future generations.
We recognize that all communities are built upon the decisions and sacrifices of those community leaders from the past. Leaders who possessed the vision to plan for the future. Citizens dedicated to enriching the lives of generations they would not know, but believed were worth their gifts and time.
